We are an experienced, self contained, Birmingham based unit that specialise in all kinds of loaded fries. Some of the regular markets we trade at are Digbeth Dining Club, Peddler Market (Sheffield), The Depot (Cardiff) as well as the larger festivals such as Lichfield Food Fest and Warwick Food Fest. We pride our self on fresh ingredients, homemade food and proper hand cut, skin on chips served quickly with no fuss. We can easily get through 100 people per hour.

Some of our most popular dishes are Halloumi and fries with hot Cranberry Sauce, ‘Italian Fries’ which is fries tossed with Parmesan, Parsley, Chives and fresh garlic, ‘The American Beauty’ which is a tray of our crispy fries topped with Oak smoked bacon, hot cheese and garlic sauce, chives and a little bit of American mustard to cut through.
