We are an experienced, self contained, Birmingham based unit that specialise in all kinds of loaded fries. Some of the regular markets we trade at are Digbeth Dining Club, Peddler Market (Sheffield), The Depot (Cardiff) as well as the larger festivals such as Lichfield Food Fest and Warwick Food Fest. Street food
We pride our self on fresh ingredients, homemade food and proper hand cut, skin on chips served quickly with no fuss. We can easily get through 100 people per hour.

Popular event food…
You can choose up to 3 mains items from our menu and any desserts that you like if required. We have hot waffles with cream, strawberries and lots of sprinkly goodness, as well as a boozy Eton mess made fresh on site.
The food is presented in a recyclable, compostable card tray and all cutlery and condiments are included. The fries are all hand cut by us, which means they are gluten free and have no preservatives. Our menu can also be tailored for veggies & vegans.
